天津乐仁堂制药厂是我国中药行业著名的老字号，由闻名清史的“乐家老铺”传人乐佑申先生于1921年创办，经过近一个世纪的发展，天津乐仁堂已成为国有重点企业。

制药生产需用到大量的高质量蒸汽对原材料药材以及器械设备进行高温灭菌处理，这也是制药生产重要的环节，同时还有加热、浓缩、干燥等众多环节，乐仁堂生产的产品包括“六味地黄丸”、“海马补肾丸”、“乌鸡白凤片”等大众熟知的优质传统经典名药。

2015年乐仁堂购买了富尔顿三台卧式天然气蒸汽锅炉，两台FBS4-1.0（4T/H），一台FBS2-1.0（2T/H）。从锅炉房系统设计优化、开始安装到调试运行，全程由专业队伍完成，四年多来，一直安全高效稳定运行，无异常情况。为降低排烟温度，减少运行成本，在烟道尾部配置了节能设备，为客户节省了近10%的燃气费用。

该系列锅炉采用波纹炉胆，增大了传热面积，同时还降低了热应力，提高锅炉的安全性；自动化的控制，可以长期24小时无人值守安全运行，大大减轻了司炉工的工作量。

In 2015, Lerentang purchased three horizontal natural gas steam boilers from Fulton, two units of FBS4-1.0 (4T/H) and one unit of FBS2-1.0 (2T/H). The entire process, from design and optimization of the boiler room system to initial installation to commissioning and operation, was completed by a professional team. For over four years, the boilers have been operated safely, efficiently, and stably without any abnormalities. To lower the exhaust gas temperature and reduce operating costs, energy-saving equipments are installed at the end of the flue, saving nearly 10% of gas costs for customer.
